Quilt Kit – Lockwood Manor – 98″ X 98″ Neutral Floral Queen Size Quilt – Top & Binding

The new Lockwood Manor fabric collection from Kaye England features floral designs and coordinate prints that are inspired by fabrics from a bygone era. This beautiful collection, which has been colored for a modern home decor aesthetic, is featured in this queen size quilt kit. The wonderfully neutral colors include black, cream, golden tan, white and grays. The Lockwood Manor quilt is a generous 98″ square (creates a 19″ drop on the sides). It has an 18″ center block surrounded by a variety of 9″ blocks, then a trio of pieced and simple borders. The repeating stripe is fussy-cut around the center (using the included template) then mitered for the last border. There are lovely details and color effects yet it’s very achievable for the confident beginner. We also have a separate kit listed under SKU AAFQK-913 to make a set of two queen-size pillow shams to coordinate with this quilt.

NOTE: THIS IS THE KIT VERSION OF THIS QUILT AND NOT THE BLOCK OF THE MONTH!

The kit contains a color copy of the Lockwood Manor pattern/instructions by Wilmington Prints along with enough fabric to complete the Queen Size Quilt top as shown in picture 1. This kit contains all fabrics required for the top of the quilt and edge binding. Backing and batting will need to be purchased separately.

The overall finished size of this quilt is 98″ x 98″.

There are no substituted fabrics! Picture 2 shows the actual fabrics included in this kit, pictures 3 thru 9 show some of the fabrics in larger pictures and picture 10 shows the coordinating pillow sham kit available under SKU AAFQK-913 while supplies last.

9 yards is recommended for backing fabric assuming a standard 44/45″ width or 3-1/8 yards if using a 108″ backing fabric. We carry fabric options for your backing if you would like to purchase it with your kit to receive the free domestic priority mail shipping.

A little over 19-1/2 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern. NOTE: FABRICS IN THIS KIT ARE PACKAGED IN THE SAME ORDER AS LISTED ON THE PATTERN!
