Quilt Kit – Lockwood Manor – 60″ X 72″ Neutral Floral Twin Size Quilt – Top & Binding

This is a twin quilt project for “Lockwood Manor” with easily pieced square-in-a-square and star blocks – all slightly modified and with interesting color placement to create an “interlocking” effect.

FABRIC: The new Lockwood Manor fabric collection from Kaye England features floral designs and coordinate prints that are inspired by fabrics from a bygone era. This beautiful collection, which has been colored for a modern home decor aesthetic, is featured in both queen size and twin size quilt kits. The wonderfully neutral colors include black, cream, golden tan, white and grays.

100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low gentle cycle, do not use bleach, fabric softener not recommended.

Fabric printed in Korea.

The kit contains a FREE copy of the Lockwood Manor pattern/instructions by Wilmington Prints along with enough fabric to complete the twin quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased separately. Fabric Utopia carries several coordinates from the collection that can be purchased for your backing.

The overall finished size of this quilt as pictured is 60″ x 72″.

Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Lockwood Manor collection designed by Kaye England for Wilmington Prints. Pictures 2 thru 10 show the fabrics included in the kit. There are no substitutions in this kit.

Skill Level: Confident Beginner

The pattern recommends 4 yards of fabric for the backing assuming a 44/45″ width fabric or 2 yards if using a 108″ backing along with a 68″ x 80″ piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit.

Close to 9-1/2 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern. NOTE: FABRICS IN THIS KIT ARE PACKAGED IN THE SAME ORDER AS LISTED ON THE PATTERN!
