Quilt Kit – Forest Holiday – 71″ X 78.5″ Father Christmas Large Throw Quilt – Top & Binding

A 2/3 yard panel is framed with a modified Trip Around the World design. Simple strip segments set with squares make quick work of the piecing. Planned pressing keeps seams flat and makes for easy matching.

FABRIC: Created by Liz Goodrick-Dillon, Father Christmas is a beautifully illustrated unique collection in winter whites and shades of blue from the softest tints to the deepest darks. The collection is both nostalgic and sophisticated. An exquisite panel features Father Christmas surrounded by winter white arctic animals set against the snow midnight sky. Snow globes, scenics, snowflakes and stunning textures complete the collection, along with a selection of Toscana basics. Take a step back in time with Father Christmas.

100% cotton fabric. Machine wash cold water, tumble dry cool, do not bleach, iron on back if necessary.

The overall finished size of this throw quilt as shown in picture 1 is 71 Inch x 78.5 Inch.

The kit contains a purchased copy of the Forest Holiday pattern and instructions designed by Sandy Boobar and Sue Harvey of Pine Tree Country Quilts along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.

Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Father Christmas collection by Northcott. Pictures 2 thru 10 show the pattern and fabrics included in this kit. There are no substitutions in this kit!

Skill Level: Confident Beginner

The pattern recommends 5 yards of fabric for your backing along with a 79 Inch x 86 Inch piece of batting. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit.

About 8-3/4 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern.
